7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including customs clearance, weather conditions, and international shipping delays. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.

9. Returns and Refunds

Any disputes arising from herbs, spices, or seeds export/import transactions will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
